Shituru Project Sale – Update

International Barytex Resources is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Touch Lucky Investments Limited (“TLIL”) to sell its interest in the Shituru Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  TLIL has completed its due diligence and is committed to proceed with the purchase of the copper project. 

Management is encouraged by the sale of the project and believes it will provide a timely opportunity to the Company to target other projects and new business ventures in anticipation of the market improving in the months ahead.
